Last week became official Android 4.1.2 and Google began pushing the Nexus 7. Today, Google is pushing Android 4.1.2 on the GSM version of the Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S. But for those of us with Verizon or Sprint Galaxy Nexus Nexus S 4G and Sprint, we wait much longer. It was confirmed that Android 4.1.2 deploys the "Yakju" Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S devices in the U.S. and Canada.
For those who do not know that the Android 4.1.2 update brings, especially as it gives us some stability improvements and bug fixes. But the Nexus 7 gives us a landscape home screen, as we have seen in many custom ROMs. Including AOKP, CyanogenMod 10, Smooth and fluid.
To verify the update, you need to be stock. Then go to Settings, select About phone and system updates. You can also get the factory image on the Google site, which is linked in the source below.
Everyone received the update yet? How do you like compared it to Android 4.1.1? How much difference is there? Tell us in the comments below and let us know.
